A native of Rio de Janeiro, Diego holds a degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and a degree in Accounting from Ibmec-RJ, the same institution where he completed an MBA in Controllership. With 17 years of experience in the finance area, he has worked for other multinational companies such as PwC, Ocean-Rig (Drilling), and Wärtsilä (Energy & Technology), leading multifunctional teams. In 2024, Diego assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer of Nexans Brazil.
Nelson Albano is the Commercial Director of Nexans Brazil. His journey with the company began more than 20 years ago at the Nexans plant in Lorena, with experience also gained at other companies in the automotive segment. Nelson joined Nexans as an intern and, since then, has held various roles and worked across multiple functions and areas within the company, including Quality, After-Sales, and Projects, working for Nexans Norway in Brazil. In the Commercial area, he was responsible for several business segments with national and regional responsibilities and scope. Nelson Albano holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Taubaté and has completed management studies at Fundação Getulio Vargas.
Chavely joined the Nexans Group in 2015 and currently holds the position of Supply Chain and Procurement Director at Nexans Brazil, also leading the E3 model. Her experience has stood out through key roles in Supply Chain, Operations, and Continuous Improvement at Nexans Colombia, Chile, and Brazil. She participated in the Industrial Operations Optimization program, further expanding her experience across several Group plants. In the Supply Chain area, she led the integration and synergy of Centelsa with Nexans Colombia. She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Pontificia de Bucaramanga (UPB) and a postgraduate degree in Finance from UNAB.
Caroline Luppi, Human Resources Manager at Nexans Brasil, has about 20 years of experience in human resources processes, acquired in companies from different segments such as Technip FMC, AkzoNobel, PGS and Cyrela. She has a degree in Pedagogy from the State University of Rio de Janeiro, an MBA in HR Management from Veiga de Almeida, and in Business Management from FGV.
