Gwénaël Gilbert

With over 10 years of experience in the Nexans Group, Gwénaël Gilbert assumed the presidency of Nexans Brazil in 2021, with the ambition of "Electrify The Future" in a sustainable, renewable, innovative and carbon-free way. Before arriving in Brazil, Gwénaël was factory director at Nexans Chile in Santiago, and production and supply chain director at Lens in France.
In his career, he has also worked in the automotive and pharmaceutical industries, in Romania and in France, his home country. Gwénaël graduated from the École Centrale de Lille-France and holds an EMIB from ESCP Business School and an MBA from the University of Chile.

Frederico Fischer

Frederico is the CFO of Nexans Brazil, having joined the company in 2022. With over 20 years' experience in finance, Frederico has worked for global companies such as Sediver, Zanini Renk, TechinpFMC, LafargeHolcim and Deloitte. He has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Universidade Paulista, an Executive MBA from COPPEAD/UFRJ and certifications in Mergers and Acquisitions and in Import and Export Business from Columbia University and New York University (USA), respectively.

Aurélio Monteiro

Aurélio Monteiro is the Commercial and Marketing Director at Nexans Brasil. His career at the company started in 2000, when it was still Ficap. Since then, Aurélio has worked in several areas of the company, such as Management Control, IT and Purchasing. In 2019, he led the SHIFT transformation program in Brazil, soon taking over the Commercial area. Aurélio has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and a Master's in Business Administration from IBMEC-RJ.

Fernando Nicoletti

Fernando Nicoletti has 30 years of experience in the cable industry. Before joining Nexans Brasil in 2019, he was in Chile, as Operations Manager at VINILIT (ALIAXIS GROUP), he also worked at General Cable, Phelps Dodge and ALCOA. Fernando holds a degree in Civil Engineering from PUC Minas, an MBA in Industrial Management and Business Management from FGV and Black Belt certification.

Caroline Luppi

Caroline Luppi, Human Resources Manager at Nexans Brasil, has about 20 years of experience in human resources processes, acquired in companies from different segments such as Technip FMC, AkzoNobel, PGS and Cyrela. She has a degree in Pedagogy from the State University of Rio de Janeiro, an MBA in HR Management from Veiga de Almeida, and in Business Management from FGV.

Chavely Arguello

Chavely ingressou no Grupo Nexans em 2015 e, atualmente, ocupa o cargo de Diretora de Supply Chain e Compras na Nexans Brasil, liderando também o modelo E3. Sua experiência se destacou em funções-chave nas áreas de Supply Chain, Operações e Melhoria Contínua na Nexans Colômbia, Chile e Brasil. Ela participou do programa de Otimização de Operações Industriais, ampliando sua experiência em diversas plantas do Grupo. Na área de Supply Chain, liderou a integração e sinergia da Centelsa com a Nexans Colômbia. É formada em Engenharia Industrial pela Universidad Pontificia de Bucaramanga (UPB) e possui pós-graduação em Finanças pela UNAB.
